If you do not have completed plans, we will work with you through the process to design your dream
remodel or new-home with our Design / Build team.
Getting Started with our Design/Build Process.
- We begin with a free consultation where we start to learn about your needs, dreams and desires to find out if our services are a good fit for you.
- We have found over the years that people have been collecting photographs from magazine and other pictures for when they finally decide to do a remodel or build a new home, sometimes they
walk-in with boxes full of these pictures. This helps us get a feel for what they're looking for.
- After you’ve decided to work with us, we will guide you every step of the way making sure you're getting what you want so that your project is finished on budget, on
time.
Feasibility—Before we get started we have to make sure that your project is feasible.
- Can we actually build what you're dreaming?
- Is it cost-effective?
- Can we get it through permits and meet all of the green requirements?
- We then document existing conditions.
